Luke Henry

FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

Luke has worked in nearly every role in the landscape industry, starting with mowing lawns at 12 years old to building ProScape Lawn & Landscape Services into the successful company it is today. He spends his days envisioning the future of ProScape, championing the culture and values, and learning and teaching leadership to the team. Creating a high-octane and fun workplace is important to him. Luke and his wife, Lindsey, are also well known for their work the last several years revitalizing Downtown Marion and supporting new business startups.

Fun Fact: He has a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University.

Derek Stone

General manager

As ProScape’s Chief Problem-Solver, Derek works with the team to ensure world-class customer service. One of his favorite parts about working with ProScape is the fun and passionate individuals who work alongside him. His competitive nature and wanting to win, combined with an exceptional team committed to excellence, is a key factor to ProScape’s success. In his spare time, you’ll find him spending time with his family, following The Ohio State University (OSU) sports, and target shooting.

Fun Fact: He is an Ohio Certified Nursery Technician (OCNT) and an OSU graduate.

Kasey Stayner

OPERATIONS manager

Kasey’s role is to take care of customers and team members at ProScape. As someone passionate about doing whatever he can for the people in his life, he excels in his role. His favorite part of working with ProScape is the amazing team of people he works with and the great people in the community. In his spare time, you’ll find him following Ohio State sports and the Cleveland Browns, playing fantasy football, golfing, and target shooting. 

Fun Fact: He is an OCNT and an Ohio Department of Agriculture Licensed Commercial Applicator.

Courtney Long

SOLUTION SPECIALIST

Courtney is masterful in helping customers understand their goals and what they want from their outdoor spaces. She works with them to create a plan that works for them and ProScape. As a Fun Committee Member, it’s no surprise that her favorite part of the job is working and playing hard with the team and laughing together every day. In her spare time, Courtney enjoys hiking with her husband and two children and spectating their sports and activities.

Fun Fact: She is passionate about creating a great work culture where people succeed.

John Miller

ACCOUNT MANAGER

As a people person, John enjoys building customer relationships and supporting the ProScape team. His favorite part about working with ProScape is the wonderful group of people he gets to work with each day. In his spare time, you’ll find him hanging out with his family and supporting his children through their life choices. He also loves watching Ohio State sports and playing rounds of golf.

Fun Fact: He is an Ohio State graduate with a bachelor’s in business.

Kyle Nagy

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Kyle is a key player in ensuring our customers are happy with all aspects of the company and his goal is to create and maintain those relationships. His favorite part about working at ProScape are the people. He values the company culture that is experienced both inside the office and with our customers. Kyle’s passion lies in living a healthy lifestyle. He also enjoys adventures in travel and is an avid sports fan.

Fun Fact: Kyle is a huge Cleveland Browns fan which can sometimes conflict with the healthy lifestyle he enjoys. He also loves exploring different restaurants in the Columbus area.

Travis Mulvaine

PROJECT MANAGER

Travis is an expert at keeping our project department running smoothly. From setting up jobs, meeting with customers, procuring materials, and monitoring every phase of construction, he does it all. Travis enjoys interacting with team members and customers and seeing outdoor living spaces come to life. In his spare time, you’ll find him doing something active outdoors, such as camping, hiking, kayaking, or riding his motorcycle. Travis also likes to spend time with his “cigar buddies,” smoking cigars and drinking bourbon.

Fun Fact: He is Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI) and NCMP certified.

Danielle Smith

STAFF ACCOUNTANT

As ProScape’s Staff Accountant, Danielle plays an integral role in the everyday business operations of the team. Her compassion for others and her hard work ethic are evident in everything she does. She loves the positive work environment and the friendly team that she gets to be a part of. On the weekends, you’ll find her spending quality time with her children.

Fun Fact: Danielle loves to crochet.

Kaylee Raduege

OFFICE MANAGER

Kaylee assists both the HR and Accounting teams while ensuring the office is stocked and maintained. She embraces the welcoming culture and enjoys working with the team to achieve mutual goals. Passionate about creativity, Kaylee values hard work, drive, and positivity, traits instilled by her hardworking parents. Outside of work, she enjoys playing video games, 3D printing, and designing flowers. A former floral designer, she still loves creating beautiful arrangements. A huge Halloween fan, Kaylee also enjoys watching her son play tee ball, her fiancé play hockey, and lounging around the house with them.

Fun Fact: Kaylee holds an Associate's Degree in Business Management & Administration from Marion Technical College and is an Ohio Certified Nursery Technician.

Nicole Whitaker

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Nicole manages both the day-to-day needs of the department as well as the long-range goals for all things HR. Nicole has embraced the company culture and enjoys working with such an amazing and talented group of people. She is professionally passionate about ensuring all employees feel valued and are equipped to perform to their best abilities with enthusiasm. Personally, she is dedicated to giving her children the best life possible. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys "glamping" in Van Buren, Ohio, listening to live bands on a patio, and relaxing at home.

Fun Fact: Nicole holds an aPHR certification and attended both the University of Toledo and The Ohio State University.

Adam Randall

ESTIMATOR

As an OCNT, Adam often serves as a subject matter expert at ProScape. His primary role is to answer the question, “how much will this cost?” as accurately as possible. He enjoys working with a great group of people at ProScape and getting to do what he excels in. In his spare time, you’ll find him outside experiencing the wonderment of nature and finding new plants to grow, camping, kayaking, and biking.

Fun Fact: He is passionate about playing the drums at his church.

Jamie Slaughterbeck

MARKETING COORDINATOR

Jamie handles our social media accounts, taking photos of our projects, meetings, and events and then sharing them with our followers. She enjoys showcasing the ProScape team, the company culture, and the impressive outdoor spaces we create. As a member of the Fun Committee, she is always looking for ways to reward the team for their hard work. You’ll find her doing something sporty with her family and teaching little ones at her church in her spare time.

Fun Fact: She believes a smile can truly change someone’s day.

Drew West

FLEET MANAGER

As our Certified Diesel Technician, Drew keeps our trucks and equipment in tip-top shape so the team can seamlessly do their jobs. He ensures the recommended PM schedule is performed on time and logged into the system. The company culture is his favorite aspect of working at ProScape because everyone is encouraged and supported to be the best version of themselves. Drew lives by the value of doing his best at everything he does.

Fun Fact: Drew builds high-end desktop PCs and loves spending time outside hunting and fishing.
