2025 marks an exciting new chapter for ProScape as we make the strategic decision to focus exclusively on commercial landscape services. While this transition might feel natural—considering commercial work made up 90% of our projects last year—it represents a significant next step in our company’s mission to serve our clients with exceptional care, capability, and communication.
Why the Change?
There are two key reasons behind this shift.
First, our commercial clients have been growing, and we’ve been fortunate to grow alongside them. Many of our clients view us as partners, and we value that relationship immensely. We’re committed to supporting their success and see this sharpened focus as a way to do just that—more sustainably and effectively.
Second, my own experiences over the past several years have shaped this decision. In 2018, my attention turned toward revitalizing my hometown of Marion, Ohio. Along that journey, I gained a new perspective by stepping into the roles of a property manager, developer, and commercial construction operator. These experiences deepened my understanding of the challenges our clients face: managing contractors, juggling competing priorities, and handling the unexpected hurdles that come with property management.
This hands-on knowledge has allowed me to better equip our team at ProScape to serve commercial clients. By fully embracing this expertise and focusing exclusively on commercial projects, we are confident we can deliver even better results.
